Borrowers with loan approved within the promo period amounting to at least Php50,000 (except Real Estate Loan) are eligible to join the promo subject to online registration. By registering, eligible borrowers who wish to participate in the raffle allow MESALA to share their personal information in the event they are selected as winners, for purposes of proper notification and the required public announcement.
The registration link may be accessed via https://bit.ly/CashwerteSa91. Successful registrants shall receive confirmation via email and SMS. The loan account number shall serve as the raffle entry number.
Ninety one (91) lucky borrowers will win cash prizes during the raffle draw which shall be conducted via electronic means. A borrower may only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner will get the prize with a higher value. The applicable withholding tax on the raffle winnings above Php10,000 shall be shouldered by MESALA. The raffle draw shall be held on October 10, 2025, at MESALA office in the presence of a DTI representative.

Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS and their names will be posted on MESALA’s website, Facebook page and bulletin boards.
Winners shall claim their prize at MESALA office located at Operations Building, Meralco Center, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City. To claim the prize, winners must present one (1) valid government-issued ID. If claiming thru an authorized representative, he/she must present an authorization letter and valid government-issued IDs of both winner and representative.
All employees, officers and trustees of MESALA and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
Promo runs from July 3 to September 30, 2025.
Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice otherwise such will be forfeited in favor of MESALA with prior approval of DTI.
